Riley Securities, Inc., a leading middle market investment bank, is pleased to announce that Managing Director, Gayane Kirakosyan, was named among the 2023 Women of Influence: Finance list by Los Angeles Business Journal. The list recognizes outstanding women leaders who promote commitment to diversity based on their professional achievements, community leadership, milestones, and notable contributions to their industry during the past 12-18 months.
Kirakosyan has 20 years of investment banking experience advising companies on debt and equity capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings and bankruptcies. She primarily works with middle market and sponsor-backed companies seeking capital for a variety of corporate purposes, including refinancing, growth capital, acquisition financing and rescue financing, among others.
Kirakosyan is passionate about helping women succeed in the finance industry. She is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Los Angeles and a board member of the Women of ACG Los Angeles. In addition, she is co-founder of the Westside Women's Networking Group, an organization created with the goal of building a strong network of women who help each other grow, connect, and succeed.
