Biography
Christina has more than 13 years of experience providing forensic accounting and litigation support services in the areas of economic damages, financial investigations, insurance claims and other litigation matters. Representative engagements include work in the agriculture, energy, hospitality, retail and construction spaces. Before joining GlassRatner (now doing business as B. Riley Advisory Services) in 2020, Christina worked as an independent consultant providing forensic accounting and litigation support services on matters primarily involving oil and gas disputes.
Prior to working as a consultant, Christina spent six years at BP's North American headquarters leading a team dedicated to analyzing business economic loss claims arising from the BP Oil Spill. Earlier in her career, she worked for a Miami-based forensic accounting firm where her assignments included employee fraud investigations, business interruption calculations and other economic damages calculations.
Christina has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Miami and a Master's degree in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners as well as the Houston Area Association of Certified Fraud Examiners Chapter.
