Gayane Kirakosyan

Gayane Kirakosyan is a Managing Director with B. Riley Securities' Private Capital Advisory group. She has over 20 years of experience raising debt and equity capital for clients in a wide variety of industries and corporate purposes, including refinancing, growth capital, acquisition financing, and rescue financing, among others. Throughout her career, she has closed over $3.1 billion in transactions across a wide variety of industries and structures.

Ms. Kirakosyan was nominated as an "Inspirational Woman" by the Los Angeles Times B2B Publishing for three years in a row, most recently being named as a finalist in her category in 2022, as well as a Women Leader of Influence in Banking from the Los Angeles Business Journal. Prior to B. Riley, she worked in the Investment Banking division of Merrill Lynch & Co., as well as the Consumer Products Group of Wedbush Morgan Securities.

Ms. Kirakosyan is a board member of TransPacific Holdings, an investment firm consolidating companies in the HVAC, electrical and plumbing industries, and a board member of the Women of ACG Los Angeles. She is also a member of Chief, the only private membership network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders. She graduated summa cum laude from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, where she majored in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in Finance and Global Management.
