Biography
Tom Kelleher has served as our Co-Chief Executive Officer since July 2018 and as a member of our board since October 2015. He also previously served as President from August 2014 to July 2018. Kelleher previously served as Chief Executive Officer of B. Riley & Co., LLC, a position he held from 2006 to 2014. From the firm's founding in 1997 to 2006, Kelleher held several senior management positions with B. Riley & Co., LLC, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Kelleher served on the board of directors of Special Diversified Opportunities Inc. from October 2015 to June 2017.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
