Alijah Pecina is a Business Development Consultant in B. Riley's Executive Search & Interim Management Practice. He is focused on expanding B. Riley's footprint throughout the US and across North America.
With a background in finance and technology, he leverages his experiences working in various industries to bring practical solutions to current and future clientele. Alijah will enable business development and deepen relationships with new and existing clients, illustrating the capabilities of the executive search practice as well as all B. Riley practices. He brings a collaborative and partnership approach to these interactions, identifying new opportunities and leveraging existing relationships.
Select Client Experience
Prior to his experience in Executive Search, Alijah kicked-off his career in various finance, sales & startup consulting roles working with companies like EY and Techstars. This level of exposure gives him a well-rounded approach when working through client needs for everything from investment banking and private equity to venture capital and various other investment firms. Alijah enjoys networking with clients and proactively engaging to learn about the different challenges they face with portfolio companies.
