Eric Rajewski

Eric Rajewski currently serves as Head of Institutional Sales at B. Riley Securities. Mr. Rajewski brings 20+ years of experience in Equity Sales and Capital Markets. He joined B. Riley in 2011 and was promoted to Head of Institutional Sales in 2014. During his tenure at the firm, Mr. Rajewski's responsibilities have included raising capital for a broad range of small/mid-cap public and private companies, making investment recommendations to institutional clients and marketing corporate clients to hedge funds, mutual funds and family offices across the country.

Previously, he held positions at Merriman Capital as Head of Institutional Sales and Banc of America Securities in Capital Markets.

Mr. Rajewski holds a BS in Finance from the University of Colorado's Leeds School of Business and holds multiple securities licenses including Series 7, 63 and 24.
