Biography

With experience at multiple firms across a five-year period, Kevin serves as the Associate Director of the B. Riley Advisory Services Field Examination team.

Prior to joining B. Riley, Kevin was a Senior Consultant at FTI Consulting and Manager at Mazars USA. Kevin led initial and recurring financial due diligence on asset-based lending (ABL) and receivable securitization collateral ranging from $20 million to more than $1.0 billion. He has experience in non-traditional asset collateralization including mark-to-market valuation, vendor advances, and letter of credit add-back among others. Kevin has developed training and workbook materials for commodity lending. He has experience working across numerous industries including retail, manufacturing, trading, agriculture, and healthcare.

Kevin has a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
