Biography
Neil has more than two decades of valuation consulting experience in individual assets and portfolios of income-producing commercial and industrial properties. he most recently served as Director in the real estate practice within the Valuation Advisory Group of Stout.
Throughout his career, Neil has inspected and managed assignments in most metropolitan areas in the U.S. and the U.S. Territories. His international experience included appraising numerous commercial property types in China, France, England, Ireland, Netherlands, Italy, Hungary, Austria, Ukraine, Denmark, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Australia, Venezuela, Canada and Mexico. His collateral experience includes transaction advisory, acquisition and financing due diligence, land use and marketability studies, appraisal review and concurrence, and project feasibility.
Neil specializes in Real Estate and has focused on federal government consulting.He has first-hand knowledge of the economic, financial and market factors that drive the development of public real estate policy.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications at Clarion University of Pennsylvania. He holds a MRICS certification and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
