FocalPoint Community Outreach

On March 29th, FocalPoint’s investment banking professionals welcomed a group of high school seniors for a three-hour mentoring event at its Los Angeles office. The students, from Alliance Margaret M. Bloomfield High School in Huntington Park, learned about the career paths taken by members of our staff, their college experiences, and what it is like to work in the world of investment banking. The community outreach event was organized in conjunction with the Youth Business Alliance, whose mission is to connect youth with business professionals to prepare them for future careers. A little inspiration goes a long way, so thank you to our team and to the students, for making this a truly memorable community outreach event.
