The ACG-LA “State of Investment Banking” event is among the organization’s best attended events. Hosted at the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills, the topics to be discussed include the current environment in the investment banking space, valuation trends and their impact on closing deals, challenges that investment bankers face, how to differentiate, and expectations for the New Year.

Mr. Radia will be joined by co-panelists Mark Greenfield (Moderator) of Blank Rome, Glenn Gurtcheff of Harris Williams, Chris Petrossian of Los Angeles Lincoln International, and Fred Schmitt of The Sage Group. The Program Co-Chairs are Steve Lee of Goodwin, and Mark Greenfield of Blank Rome.

Mr. Radia will also speak at the Forum’s “State of the Market” panel at Manatt’s “M&A Value Creation and Preservation Forum” on January 25th. The Forum is a complimentary event created for C-suite executives, in-house counsel, founders, entrepreneurs, private equity investors and board members.

Topic of discussion will include M&A activity and trends, the outlook for 2018, protecting value and deal economics through purchase price adjustments and earn-outs and techniques to avoid disputes, and trends in the use of representations and warranties insurance as part of a transaction and understanding its key considerations. The event is taking place January 25 at Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica, CA.
