Radia is Co-founder of FocalPoint and has served as principal financial advisor on numerous high-stakes transactions in the consumer, personal care, and business services sectors. He counts a number of private equity firms and their portfolio companies among his roster of clients. Recent notable transactions include advising MidOcean Partners on its sale of The Planet Group, which will merge with ProPharma Group, a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners; advising Micro Quality Labs on its sale to Certified Sciences, a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus; and advising BQE Software on its sale to Serent Capital.
Bryan has 21 years of experience in sponsors coverage, M&A, debt and equity capital markets, and restructurings, providing solutions to investors ranging in size from middle market to large multi-strategy asset managers. Mr. Bryan has advised privately-owned and publicly-held companies across a range of industries. He has worked at both bulge bracket and boutique investment banks, structuring and executing transactions including high-growth M&A deals, leveraged financings in support of LBOs, distressed situations, and minority investments in the U.S. and internationally.
