Dan Kraft

Dan Kraft currently serves as a Managing Director of Financial Sponsors Coverage at B. Riley Financial Inc. (NASDAQ: RILY), a publicly traded financial services company.

Prior to joining B. Riley, he spent over 6 years in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan covering large and mid-cap Financial Sponsors. During his tenure, he assisted in dozens of M&A advisory assignments, debt and equity capital fundraises for both public and private companies. These transactions were executed across multiple industries including industrials, healthcare services, technology, software and more. Kraft worked in close collaboration with management teams and private equity partners to maximize shareholder value in the form of transaction execution, capital markets financings and operationally focused turnarounds.

Mr. Kraft began his career in 2013 at Bank of America working in a Corporate Banking role serving large cap, investment grade clients.

Mr. Kraft received a B.S. in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Finance and Economics from the University of New Hampshire.
