Biography
Andrew Hewlett is a Managing Director in B. Riley Securities' Healthcare Group. During his investment banking career, Mr. Hewlett has worked on mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments across a variety of healthcare segments, including: alternate site care, outsourced clinical services, and physician practice management; health and wellness; medical and life science devices and products; payor and provider services; and healthcare information technology.
Prior to joining legacy FocalPoint, now B. Riley Securities, Mr. Hewlett was a senior member of the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice of Harris Williams, an investment bank specializing in M&A advisory services, and an executive in multiple private equity sponsored healthcare services businesses where he led acquisitions and growth strategy.
Mr. Hewlett received a Master of Business Administration with High Honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce.
