Duane Stullich

Duane Stullich, Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Mergers and Acquisitions, has approximately 25 years of experience advising owners and stakeholders of middle market companies on mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and/or equity capital, and special situations, including corporate bankruptcies. Previously, Mr. Stullich co-founded FocalPoint Partners, a successful boutique investment banking firm. After expanding from Los Angeles into Chicago, New York, Dallas and Shanghai, Mr. Stullich and his partners sold their firm to B Riley in January 2022. He began his career at Houlihan Lokey where he was one of the key contributors to the establishment of the firm's investment banking group.

In addition to executing transactions, Mr. Stullich spearheaded FocalPoint's international expansion and social outreach programs. For five years running, he has been named in the Los Angeles Business Journal's "LA 500" list, an acknowledgement of Angelenos who have impacted the community with business accomplishments and civic and philanthropic leadership. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from California State University, Northridge and received his Master of Business Administration from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
