Biography 

Erik Bullock is a Vice President of Investment Banking with B. Riley Securities responsible for mergers and acquisitions, capital raises including debt and equity, and capital markets advisory. He has over 15 years of experience in investment banking, valuation consulting, and accounting with a focus on Business Services, TMT and Industrial sectors.

Prior to B. Riley, He held positions at Great American Group (now a division of B. Riley), Meritas Family of Schools, and PLS Financial.

Mr. Bullock received an MSc in Finance from Pennsylvania State University, an MBA in Accounting from Robert Morris University, and a BBA in Accounting from Robert Morris University. Mr. Bullock was also an Academic All-American on the Men's Soccer Team and he was Class President in his MBA program at Robert Morris University.
