Grant Hustedt is a Director with B. Riley Securities responsible for structuring, negotiating, and executing various corporate transactions for both public and private companies. He has 14 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions with a principle focus on private middle-market companies across consumer, business services, industrial, and healthcare sectors.

Grant began his investment banking career in 2009 and has since established a successful track record of working with emerging growth companies to enhance shareholder value through various corporate finance initiatives. He has served as a financial advisor on numerous successful engagements including: Perricone Farms, Pacifica Foods, Restaurants on the Run, R.W. Smith, Yard House Restaurants, Lazy Dog Café, AutoWeb, Affinity Medical Technologies, Bio-Medical Devices, Advanced Orthopaedic Solutions, Lexipol, Advanced Workplace Strategies, National Technical Systems, American Banknote, HOB Custom Power, LUNA Innovations, LightWorks Optics, and Newport Corporation.

Prior to B. Riley, he held positions within the International Tax and Lead Tax divisions of Deloitte Tax LLP, a global accounting and consulting firm. His previous responsibilities included preparation and review of U.S. tax compliance and other tax consulting services for middle market and large cap companies across a variety of industries.

Grant is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds his Series 79 and Series 63 licenses as issued and regulated by FINRA. He is an active volunteer for the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) and regularly coaches youth soccer teams for his two daughters. Grant received his B.S. degree in Business Administration, Accounting from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management.
