Biography
Michael Guzman is a Senior Managing Director in Investment
Banking with B. Riley Securities. He has over 20 years of experience in the
investment banking, capital markets & trading businesses with a broad focus
on both the technology and consumer sectors.
Mr. Guzman led the IPO for GAN Ltd, an iGaming and online
sports betting platform in 2020, and he was recognized that same year by the
Los Angeles Business Journal and named as one of their "Leaders of Influence:
Investment Bankers".
Prior to B. Riley, he was the Head of Corporate &
Venture Services at Cantor Fitzgerald for over 12 years managing sponsor
coverage and the corporate buyback and 144 trading desks, and prior to that
began his finance career with UBS PaineWebber.
Mr. Guzman received his BA from the University of California at
Berkeley.
