Biography
Michael Linde is a Vice President in the Corporate Restructuring division of the Investment Banking group within B. Riley Securities responsible for debt and equity financings, distressed M&A, corporate carve-outs/divestitures, and debt capital market offerings. He has 4 years of experience in investment banking focusing on various industries including retail/consumer, business services, diversified industrials, and Energy & Natural Resources.
Prior to B. Riley, he was an assurance associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers responsible for executing audits for private equity and hedge funds.
Mr. Linde is a member of UJA. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Masters of Accountancy from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
