Biography 

Michael Schlotman is an Investment Banking Vice President at B. Riley Securities, having joined the firm in 2017. He has transactional experience in equity financings and mergers and acquisitions for companies primarily within the TMT sector. His first two years at B. Riley were spent in the Capital Markets Group where he was involved in numerous public and private financings.

Prior to joining B. Riley, Mr. Schlotman graduated cum laude from The College of William and Mary with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, while playing on scholarship for William and Mary's basketball team. He received several academic honors at William and Mary, including Colonial Athletic Association All-Academic Team in 2015 and 2016 and was one of two Division-1 basketball players from the state of Virginia to be named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches Honors Court in 2016.
