Biography
Patrice McNicoll is the Co-Head of Investment Banking at B. Riley Securities. Prior to joining B. Riley, Mr. McNicoll created and served as Chief Executive Officer of MLV & Co., a boutique investment bank which he sold to FBR in 2015. He was a managing director at Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. in New York where he played a key role in originating revenues and building the firm's investment banking practice. Mr. McNicoll structured and executed various capital market transactions for corporate clients across a number of industry including renewable and traditional energy, tech, healthcare, finance and shipping Earlier in his career, he served as a vice president in the investment banking department of ABN AMRO and other firms including The Merchant Bank of Credit Agricole, and Bell Canada.
Mr. McNicoll received a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Economics from York University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from McGill University.
