Biography
Randy Billhardt is a Managing Director in Equity Capital Markets with B. Riley Securities with responsibilities for Unsecured Notes and Preferred Stock Issuance and Syndication. He has over 34 years of Wall Street experience and his capital raising efforts focuses on companies across all Russell 2000 sectors.
Prior to joining B. Riley, he spent 18 years in Equity Trading at Paine Webber and UBS (after their acquisition of PWJ) culminating in my role as Managing Director and Co-Head of Equity Trading.
He received a BA
from Denison University and his MBA from Dartmouth College Tuck School of
Business.
