Biography
Ryan Bernath is a Senior Managing Director with B. Riley
Securities responsible for covering Business Services and Industrials. He has
over 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising in
these sectors.
Prior to B. Riley, he was a Senior Vice President at
Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers where he focused on covering and executing
transactions for mid- and large-cap public companies and privately held
businesses.
He received his M.B.A. with Honors from the UCLA Anderson
School of Management and graduated magna cum laude from the University of
Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance.
