John DeSena serves as Co-Chief Operating Officer of
Corporate Services for B. Riley Financial. He is works closely with Tom
Kelleher and cross functional department heads focusing on vendor management,
acquisitions, centralizing and supporting corporate initiatives/projects, and
operational efficiencies among other things. John was formerly the Chief
Operating Officer and Corporate Secretary for National. Prior to joining
National, he was the Chief Operating Officer for Group Technology &
Operations for the Americas, the Head of Operational Excellence, and Head of
Americas Finance Infrastructure/Shared Services at Deutsche Bank. At Merrill
Lynch, John served as Head of Global Markets & Investment Banking Financial
Planning and Analysis, and Chief Financial Officer of Americas Investment
Banking. He holds his Series 99 License.
