Biography
John Massocca is a Senior Research Analyst in the Equity Research Department at B. Riley Securities responsible for covering the Equity REIT sector. He has over 10 years of experience in REIT equity research, having covered names in the multifamily, industrial, retail, and net lease subsectors. Additionally, John was recognized with a Starmine Analyst award as the #1 stock picker in the Equity REIT sector in 2019.
Prior to B. Riley, he held positions at Ladenburg Thalman & Co., including most recently as a Vice President in the Equity Research Department. Before his time at Ladenburg, he worked in institutional sales at Global Hunter Securities (a predecessor company to Seaport Global).
John holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a
concentration in Finance from Fordham University.
