Biography
Justin Carver graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor's in business management. During his time in college, Justin founded the Business Careers in Entertainment Club, hosting networking events with entertainment professionals to bring internship opportunities and career insight for 300 students.
He first interned with defense company BAE Systems in their Contracts function responsible for the management of contractual activities from initial governance of proposal activities through closeout for the GEOINT Systems product line. Justin streamlined global partnership contracts and spearheaded a mock government bid proposal, showcasing his proficiency in financial strategy and negotiation. Next as a Digital Media intern with NBCUniversal, he analyzed marketing analytics across multiple social platforms to generate solutions for increasing engagement. Most recently, Justin served as an on-site Olympic Intern for NBCUniversal during the 2024 Paris Olympics, where he coordinated travel logistics and event arrangements for over 1,200 clients and celebrities across 35 venues while speaking in French and Spanish.
