Brent King is a Managing Director and has over 25 years' experience as a corporate insolvency leader and has served as CEO, CRO, Judicial Receiver, Chapter 11 Trustee, Interim CFO, or senior advisor to both public and private corporations in a wide range of industries. As a fourth-generation farmer, King brings unique perspective to clients involved in the agricultural industry, including pork processing; beef and dairy production; row crop and grain production; vegetable production and distribution; soybean crushing; biodiesel and ethanol production; equipment manufacturing; trucking logistics; among others. Seth R. Freeman, CIRA, CTP is an international Restructuring and Turnaround Manager with 40 years of diverse experience inside and outside Chapter 11 bankruptcy. His work has included several of the largest Ponzi and fraud cases in U.S. history and complex cross-border, emerging markets matters including in India, China and Mexico. His industry experience spans real estate, healthcare, financial services, media, technology and cannabis. Freeman has served as CRO, financial advisor and fiduciary.
