Biography
Brian Taylor is a Managing Director with B. Riley Securities responsible for raising public and private capital for companies through senior notes, preferred stock and loan transactions. He has 23 years of experience in capital markets and leveraged finance.
Prior to B. Riley, he held positions in the investment banking departments of UBS Investment Bank and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Prior to his work in investment banking, Mr. Taylor served for four years as a military intelligence officer in the U.S. Army.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Furman University and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
