Biography
Colin Welch is a Vice President with B. Riley Securities responsible for deal execution across consumer, business services, and technology, media & entertainment. He has six years of experience in across many product offerings including: mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance, and restructuring.
Prior to B. Riley, he successfully executed a diverse range of transactions included leverage buyouts, asset sales, mergers, growth equity, and debt capital raises at Imperial Capital.
He graduated cum laude with a B.A in Economics and a minor
in Accounting from the University of California, San Diego. He is a FINRA
Series 7, 79, and 63 registered representatives.
