Kathy Innis

Kathy Innis is a Director with B. Riley Securities responsible for Capital Markets. She has 33 years of experience in Capital Markets with a focus on all sectors. Prior to B. Riley, She was a Vice President at Riggs National Bank in their Trust Department.

Mrs. Innis has been on the Board of the Women's Syndicate Association since 2016 and on the Board of the Syndicate Association of America since 2016 . She has also served as a board member and chair of SIFMA's Mid Atlantic District and the University of Mary Washington's College of Business's Advisory Board. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mary Washington.
