Biography 

Mike Cavanagh is a Managing Director in B. Riley Securities' Investment Banking division responsible for covering Financial Institutions and FinTech. He joined the firm in June 2012 and has over 10 years of experience in capital raising and mergers and acquisitions in these sectors.

Prior to B. Riley, he held positions at Ernst & Young and Cambridge Associates. Mr. Cavanagh holds a BS in Accounting from George Mason University.
