Nancy Feeney,
Chief Human Resources Officer for B. Riley Financial, is a member of our Corporate Shared Services organization and is responsible for our Human Resources and Risk Insurance programs.
Feeney oversees our HR programs and initiatives with the belief that employees are our Company's most important asset, and B. Riley's culture is an important industry differentiator. Feeney and the HR team work to create an environment that positions employees to reach their fullest potential. We strive to attract, develop, and retain a talented and engaged workforce.
Since joining B. Riley in 2016, Feeney has enjoyed supporting the Company's continuous growth; growing from 200+ employees to over 2000 today. In her role, Feeney led the integration of several acquisitions, including United Online (July 2016), FBR Capital Markets (June 2017), Wunderlich Securities (July 2017), and GlassRatner (Aug. 2018) and the creation of our corporate shared services organization (Jan. 2019).
Feeney has over 25 years experience in the B2B professional services and technology sector and has spent the past 12 years focused on driving change management and developing global organizational efficiencies. She has extensive experience in evaluating and improving processes, delivering efficiencies through technology, and creating global shared services organizations.
Before joining B. Riley in July 2016, Feeney spent 10 years with LCC International, a global provider of consulting services for the wireless and wireline telecommunications sector doing business in 23 countries with over 6500 employees in the USA, EMEA, and CASA regions. At LCC, Feeney led Marketing, IT, Human Resources, Corp. Risk and M&A integration activities. Prior to that, Feeney spent 15 years in the San Francisco Bay Area working with start-up/turn-around companies in the data and telecommunications industries.
Feeney holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Dayton.
