Biography
Teri Kendall joined legacy FocalPoint, now B. Riley Securities, in 2019 and has more than seven years of experience in investment banking. She specializes in the Food, Consumer, and Retail sectors, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and debt capital raises.
Previously, Ms. Kendall managed day-to-day execution for sell-side M&A transactions, minority equity investments, and debt placements at Lazard and BMO Capital Markets. Ms. Kendall graduated from Indiana University, Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the College of Arts and Sciences.
