B. Riley hosted multiple charitable events over the last two weeks to spotlight two incredibly important and long-standing philanthropic partners of our firm: the Toigo Foundation whose mission is to advance diversity, equity and inclusion in finance, and the Sugar Ray Leonard Foundation, which is committed to funding research and care for pediatric diabetes, and helping children lead healthier lives. We are so grateful to the many donors, clients and event sponsors who participated in our annual "Commissions for Charity Day," our Charity Poker Tournament and annual "Big Fighters, Big Cause" Charity Boxing Night which took place during our Annual Institutional Investor Conference. Together, these events helped to raise approximately $640,000 to further these causes.
