Lafayette, Indiana on behalf of JKM Storage & Rentals.
The industrial facility is comprised of two buildings with assets including a-new hydraulic lift system, racking equipment and seven industrial cranes currently on-site. Its location in Lafayette benefits from proximity to both Indianapolis and Purdue University, providing buyers with opportunity for investment purposes or redevelopment.
The property is owned by JKM Storage & Rentals LLC which is currently a bankruptcy proceeding pending before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Indiana Hammond Division at Lafayette (Case No. 22-40047).
JKM Storage & Rentals LLC intends to sell the property and equipment free and clear of any and all liens, claims and encumbrances pursuant to Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code and will file bidding and sale procedures with the Bankruptcy Court.
