Biography

Mohamed Hashim joined B. Riley Advisory Services as an Associate in the Atlanta office in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a Valuations & Modeling Associate in an advisory firm.

His business valuation experience includes purchase price allocation (ASC 805), goodwill impairment (ASC 350), business enterprise valuation (ASC 820), stock-option and stock compensation valuation (ASC 718 and IRC 409A), fairness opinions, audit-assist reviews of third-party analyses and the valuation of various intangible assets (i.e., technology, relationships, trademark/trade names, etc.)

Mohamed received his BBA in Finance and Organization Management from Emory University's Goizueta Business School in May of 2023.
