Pat Pilouk

Pat Pilouk is Vice President, Capital Markets with B. Riley Securities responsible for equity and equity-linked securities. He has 9 years of experience in equity capital markets with a focus on convertible bonds and equity derivatives.

Mr. Pilouk has been responsible for over $30 billion of capital raises through IPOs, follow-ons, and equity-linked securities, and has received the International Financing Review award for deal of the year.

Prior to B. Riley, he was a Vice President at Barclays Investment Bank, where he provided equity-linked and financing solutions for corporate clients. Previously, he was part of Piper Jaffray's equity-linked origination group as an Associate.

Mr. Pilouk received his bachelor's degree in Psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles
