Biography
Adriana Piltz has over 18 years of experience in the financial industry as CCO, CFO, COO, President, and Interim CFO for venture capital firms, hedge funds, real estate development and management, small private and public companies, and fundraising. Prior to joining B. Riley Advisory Services in 2023, Adriana was Managing Director at S.C.E Partners, where she was responsible for due diligence, interim financial executive for clients, restructuring and operation optimization. Prior to that, Adriana was a President and Board Member of Merriman Capital, where she was in charge of day-to-day operations, budgeting, restructuring, and client and Board of Directors interaction.
Adriana began her career in boutique investment banking, where she provided extensive business valuations, compliance and marketing strategies. Her clients include investment banks, venture capital firms, hedge funds, service providers, manufacturers and real estate developers. She has presented at conferences on impact investment, and sustainability and real estate investments.

She volunteers as a sustainability and financial consultant for a not-for-profit organization working with companies in South America and is the founder and chairman of a not-for-profit corporation planning to build a net-zero sustainable community for adults with disabilities.
