Biography

Craig Krinbring is a Managing Director with B. Riley Securities focused on investment banking opportunities for technology companies. Mr. Krinbring has over 25 years of investment banking experience including over 20 years focused in the technology sector. Prior to B. Riley, he led the electronics investment banking effort for Oppenheimer & Co. focused on middle market public, private and emerging growth opportunities.

Earlier in his career, he was with Citigroup in the investment banking division (fka Salomon Brothers) and was a core member of Citigroup's semiconductor/hardware global investment banking team in Palo Alto for 10 years. Mr. Krinbring's investment banking experience includes advising senior management and Board members on strategic plans for acquisitions and divestitures, capital structure considerations and plans for financing. During his career, he has been involved in over 85 transactions for aggregate deal value of over $42 billion.

He has deep knowledge of semiconductors, capital equipment and the electronics supply chain across geographies. He has worked on transactions for companies domiciled in Europe, Israel and Asia including cross-border transactions.

Mr. Krinbring received a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Chicago and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Washington.
