Biography

Gideon Rosenbaum is a Director in the corporate restructuring practice with B. Riley Securities. He has 14 years of experience in financial services with a focus on special situations, distressed, and restructuring. He specializes in consumer products, retail, healthcare, and industrials.

He has been a member of two deal teams awarded deals of the year by M&A Advisor (bebe and New York Crane & Equipment) and received the 2019 Emerging Leader Award by M&A Advisor.

Prior to B. Riley, Gideon was a Senior Associate in PwC's U.S. Business Recovery Services practice under the firm's Deals practice. Prior to joining PwC, Gideon held various roles at Merrill Lynch and Barclays.

Mr. Rosenbaum is a CFA Charterholder,  a committee member of the UJA - Community Initiatives for Holocaust Survivors ("CIHS"), a member of UJA NextGen Bankruptcy and Reorganization, a member of UJA Young Wall Street, and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts. He received his B.A. from Brandeis University.
