Biography
Grayson Largman is a Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions with B. Riley Securities responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of the transaction lifecycle from prospecting to closing. He has 7 years of experience in investment banking with a focus on private middle-market companies across business services, consumer, industrial, and TMT sectors.
He began his professional career at B. Riley as part of the firm's summer analyst program in 2016.
Mr. Largman is an active member of ACG Orange County and is deeply involved with Stay Motivated, a non-profit organization focused on suicide prevention and mental health awareness for military and first responders.
He holds the Series 63 and Series 79 professional securities licenses as issued and regulated by FINRA, and a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management.
