Gregory Presson is a Senior Managing Director and Principal with B. Riley Securities. Mr. Presson joined the firm in 2003 and has over 35+ years of middle market corporate finance transactional experience, including Mergers and Acquisitions (Sell-Side & Buy-Side Representations) and Private Placements (Equity & Debt Securities). He has developed significant sector expertise in the following industries: Industrial Manufacturing, Business-to-Business Services, Consumer Products & Services, Food & Beverage Manufacturing, and Healthcare Services & Medical Devices.

Prior to joining B. Riley, Mr. Presson spent over 12 years at L.H. Friend, Weinress, Frankson, & Presson, LLC as the Senior Managing Partner and Head of Investment Banking. Mr. Presson specialized in M&A (Sell-Side & Buy-Side Representations), Private Placements (Equity & Debt Securities), and Capital Formations initiatives for his clients. Over his three decades plus career, Mr. Presson has skillfully managed and successfully executed dozens of corporate finance transactions providing and delivering exceptional corporate and shareholder value to his clients.

Mr. Presson received his Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Economics from the California State University, Long Beach.
