Biography
Jake Reimer is a Vice President with B. Riley Securities. Mr. Reimer has over seven years of investment banking experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt capital raises, and financial restructurings with a focus the industrial and business services sectors.
Prior to joining B. Riley, he worked at BCMS Capital
Advisors, a lower middle market investment bank focused on healthy M&A.
He received his B.B.A. and B.A. from Southern Methodist University, where
he majored in Finance and Political Science.
