Biography
Keith Pompliano is a Director at B. Riley Securities responsible for At The Market (ATM) execution for issuers. Mr. Pompliano has over 25 years of experience in equity sales and trading as well as relationship management. Prior to joining B. Riley, hewas part of the ATM trading desk at FBR & Co. and was instrumental in establishing and growing the ATM desk at MLV & Co. He started his career on Wall St. as a member of the NYMEX trading commodities for Bear Stearns, Inc.
Mr. Pompliano is Series 3, 4, 7, 55, and 63 certified and received his B.A from Montclair State University in NJ. He is a member of St. Bartholomew the Apostle Church in Scotch Plains NJ and has coached youth baseball and soccer over the past few years.
