Michael Del Pero

Michael Del Pero has nearly 20 years of experience providing M&A and financial advisory services to entrepreneurs and private equity clients across the middle market; as well as publicly held corporations - both in the U.S. and internationally. He leads B. Riley Securities' Specialty Industrials practice, with a specific focus on working with companies that offer high value engineered solutions for mission critical applications. His clientele spans the fields of aerospace and defense, advanced materials, electronic solutions, and industrial technology. He also oversees B. Riley Securities efforts in Plastics and Packaging. Mr. Del Pero has served as the lead advisor on more than 100 transactions involving strategic acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, capital raising, business valuations, strategic reviews, and restructuring.

Prior to joining legacy FocalPoint, now B. Riley Securities, Mr. Del Pero helped build the aerospace and defense practice at McGladrey Capital Markets (now part of D.A. Davidson) and also formed their specialty industrials group. Mr. Del Pero earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA.
