Biography
Natalie Bend is Vice President of Investment Banking Administration since March of 2019. In this position she has developed policies and processes for Investment Banking. She helped the firm unify its merged IB units via processes, policies and CRMs. Previously she was the ATM Issuance Project Manager from May 2016-March 2019. In that position she brought consistency and policy to the ATM business. Mrs. Bend continues her work managing the ATM details. During her tenure she has collected the details, ensured accuracy and tracked the life-span of over 500 ATM programs.
Mrs. Bend has been featured internally at B. Riley in the peer-nominated peer-spotlight.
Prior to B. Riley, she worked in both public policy advocacy and crisis intervention services for people experiencing interpersonal violence.
Mrs. Bend is currently serving on her local Little
League Board as the T-Ball Program Coordinator and is active in the Mendota
Business Professional Women's organization. The BPW works to raise scholarships
for local graduating high school students and local women pursing higher
education or career development. She has previously served as the chair for the
New Carrollton Green Team helping guide the city to achieving a "Sustainable
Maryland" certification. She received her undergraduate degree in Political
Science from Northern Illinois University.
