Biography
Nicolas Chandler comes to the firm with 7 years of experience in business continuity planning, ERM, operational resilience, and corporate security. He has worked with multiple private and public-sector clients, including the PREPA, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, City of Charlotte, W.R. Berkley Corporation, and NFP Insurance.
His professional experience includes:
- Conducting business impact analysis interviews in both English and Spanish, leading the development of a web-based ERM and incident management tool, and supporting data collection and analysis efforts in support of PREPA, business continuity planning and ERM program development.
- Conducting gap analyses and maturity assessments of corporate crisis management plans.
- Developing return-to-operations plans in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, helping clients resume normal business operations while maintaining awareness of jurisdictional pandemic-related restrictions and requirements.
- Leading and facilitating numerous tabletop exercises in the context of business continuity planning, IT Disaster Recovery, and travel risk management engagements with clients in a wide variety of sectors, including transportation, higher education, government, financial services.
- Previous roles in corporate security, due diligence, and investigations, including two years as an Intelligence Manager for Max Security Solutions, based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
