Biography
Ryan McGhee is a financial professional with over 20 years of experience in varying financial leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Corporate Controller and Director of Strategy. Ryan has a proven track record of success in accounting, M&A, deal support, and integration roles. This includes leading numerous due diligence efforts and playing an instrumental role in the integration of acquired companies into their new organizations.
Most recently as CFO at HuberAgro Solutions, Ryan as a member of the due diligence team, reviewed financial performance for potential acquisitions and oversaw the integration of successfully closed targets. He was recently selected to lead the integration efforts for an international acquisition that included five different divisions across six countries.
In his previous role at Huber Engineered Materials (HEM) as Director of Strategy, in addition to leading the forecasting and annual budget process, Ryan was responsible for leading the quality of earnings review for potential acquisitions across all three divisions of HEM. Additionally, Ryan played a critical role in post-merger integration planning and execution.
While at T5 Data Centers, Ryan was instrumental in preparing the company for recapitalization, including helping prepare the company's QoE. This included interaction and alignment with both internal and external parties to ensure the most accurate representation of the company while maximizing shareholder returns.
In his role as CFO of Mountain Express Oil, Ryan was a vital member of the due diligence team where he was responsible for creating a post-acquisition integration plan for the company's first-ever acquisition. At RMH Franchise, Ryan was the lead in the due diligence efforts and played a critical role in the successful integration of a recently acquired company, which was 1/3 the size of the parent company in less than 30 days.
At Kids II, Ryan assisted in selecting, negotiating purchase prices, and securing funding for multiple acquisitions, and was responsible for integrating these acquisitions into the company's financial statements and reporting structure with minimal disruption to the organization.
In all Ryan's former roles he brought his understanding of finance processes and systems to drive successful outcomes in accounting process improvement, ERP implementation projects, and timely reporting for all aspects of the organization, including sales, operations, C-suite, and board presentations.
Ryan received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Florida State University.
