William E. Cook, ASA

William E. Cook, ASA, has over 35 years of professional appraisal experience specializing in the valuation of industrial plants, machinery, equipment and other tangible assets. He has spent the majority of his professional career in the employ of leading industrial appraisal firms. Cook has extensive project and senior management experience, servicing prominent financial institutions, private equity groups, Governmental agency experience expands throughout various organizations including the Internal Revenue Service, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and U.S. Marshal, tax consultants, accounting firms, legal professionals, and insurance companies.

His appraisal and valuation activities have encompassed a wide range of assets domestically and internationally including appraisals in the United States, Canada, Mexico, England, Ireland, The Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy and the Czech Republic and is qualified to address a full range of value concepts.

Cook has successfully completed the USPAP course of instruction as well as the required course work, testing and experience requirements of several advanced courses in machinery and equipment valuation offered by the ASA. Cook has earned the designation of Accredited Senior Appraiser, Machinery & Technical Specialties, as administered by the ASA. He has also provided expert witness testimony in the Federal District Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Court and before Revenue Boards.

Cook is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington.
