Biography

Adam Udell is the Managing Director of Executive Talent Acquisition & Growth Initiatives. He has over 25 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition professional across multiple industries, with a focus on the professional services space. Adam has led recruiting teams for businesses ranging from start-ups to Fortune 200s. In his role with B. Riley, Adam partners with the leadership of the Advisory practice to identify and attract talented leaders to join the firm.

Adam has held talent acquisition roles with world-class professional services firms including KPMG, Huron Consulting Group, Navigant, Cognizant, and Secretariat.

Adam holds a BA in Psychology from Clark University.
