Jonathan Vukanovich comes to GlassRatner (now doing business as B. Riley Advisory Services) after working with Alderney Advisors as a Director. Alderney joined GlassRatner in Summer 2020. Mr. Vukanovich is an experienced finance professional with an extensive background in restructuring, corporate finance, financial planning/reporting, financial/profitability analysis, financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting. He is highly skilled in financial data analytics and advanced excel financial modeling.

In these roles, he managed global consolidation process for budgeting and forecasting purposes, monthly and yearly financial reporting packages as well as operational and KPI reporting for numerous divisions. Mr. Vukanovich utilizes a logical and results oriented approach to consult C-Suite and other stakeholders throughout various organizations on both financial and operational matters.
Mr. Vukanovich is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Colorado. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce (Honors Co-op) from the University of Windsor.
